I've thought about it a lot and maybe this is just me doing mental gymnastics. But I've spent years apologizing for my shakey sanity, Recently, I realized, Sanity would be on kind of a spectrum. With normality being the center, the perceived average, But, I imagine, No one is literally perfectly riding that "Normal spot of the spectrum" Like for instance, The sanest most level headed person here, Well, Even that person wouldn't be exactly "perfectly" on the Normal part of the spectrum, Because everyone is different if even by just a little bit. So, Is Normal really normal? or is it just a perceived goal that people should aim for? Because I feel like maybe most of humanity really isn't perfectly on that Exact spot that medical science calls "Normal"
