FYI and FWIW, awhile back I messaged the Anders I think must be "Gene's Anders" on both Facebook and Twitter and asked him very respectfully if he wouldn't mind confirming for me that is the Anders who is helping Gene with the new paracast.com site.

No responses from him, and I won't bug him again. I did not at all impugn Gene in my messages, or mention the UFO Trail blog posts or etc., merely asked if he was the Anders who had been named as working on the new site / store, told him I had no followup questions, just was hoping to confirm Gene had help.

I still think he is the Anders Gene has named and that he is involved in some fashion but I can't prove anything. And naturally I may be mistaken. His FB profile demographics exactly match the 'anders' member at the Paracast however and he appears like he might possibly do web stuff (though his social media profiles mention his being a filmmaker and photographer).

So, some areas where I'd say that I dissent from mainstream Scheme Gene analysis: I think Anders is real and I am not confident that Gene frequents casinos. ;)

I also believe Gene is still living in a motel but that too is an article of faith.

Having taken a look at the Paracast forum today, not much has changed. There was 1 member present. Steinberg is touting the new layout, emphasizing the Paracast store. I seriously doubt that will bring new members in to buy his junk. As in the recent past, most of the posts are by either Steinberg or Murphy. I wonder how delusional he is these days. When you drive away all your members, how do you expect to find new people to populate his poor excuse for a podcast and website?

Well there is no way to know for sure. The only thing we do know is that Gene loves lying when he does speak and then on other matters he remains tight lipped. Perhaps we will never know.

Just crossed my mind he could actually already be living out of his car but, I think he'd be broadcasting alarms hourly if that were true.

But if you are interested in how I’m managing the financial struggle, here’s the latest:

This morning, Barbara asked me if the motel was going to throw us out today. We have to pay to extend the reservation any further.

The storage facility, where we have all our furniture and other stuff, needs a payment.

Other bills are due, but these are the worst.

I’m working hard to boost my income. With ride sharing, and ad and subscription income from the radio shows, it has gotten a little better.

But not fast enough.

I want to get out of here, into a new home. But it’s difficult to raise enough to move while still keeping a roof over our heads.

I'm only interested if we get new storylines. So far it has been very poor with 99% being garbage you recycled from old messages. The only new content has been inspired by you reading these forums and twitter so it is hardly original. If only you spent some time improving your writing.

ROFL. Yes imaginary ride sharing and ads from a show nobody listens to are a great way to boost income. It's the typical "I've tried nothing new but things will definitely change soon" that we have been hearing for the last decade.

Lol. If you are truly in a motel there is little chance of you ever finding a new apartment. You would need to find someone who was out of their mind to rent to you, given the fact that you will never ever pay them.

Here's what actually happened. Somebody enquired what buying the tech site actually entailed. When Gene told them he wanted big dollars for what is essentially worthless garbage (old tech news has zero value) they said no thanks. That turned into wasting Gene's time with an offensive message. To Gene the only "offense" is disagreeing with him and most of all not sending him money. The only person being scammed in this situation is the sucker Gene is trying to sell his worthless show to.

Some anon on UFO Trail found Gene in the audience of this Apple keynote from 2001 which puts him around 55. My first thought was that he has aged remarkably — even from the last known pictures of him (using first gen iPhone) where he looks about 15 years younger. Those were probably 5-6 years after this video was shot.

Here is the link to the video (1:18 for Gene) but I've also included a screenshot of the video and Gene circa 2007 for reference.

One thing that counts against it is that the guy in the Apple event looks a lot younger than 55 - more like late thirties or early forties and the hair seems to be real. If that is Gene in the photo and it does look a lot like him it looks like a 30 year difference in age. It's like he started eating lead or something.
