Another night of simply just being just a man... watching movies alone, sipping Knob Creek Small Batch. No long review notes this time. Only to say that this glass is enjoyed more than the first now that I am aquainted... This 375ml bottle is good for one more night like this, which may be months from now. The next occassion for downtime will again be quality time with Knob Creek... I do believe we are friends now...
If you like Jim Beam products you might try Booker’s for those special occasions. Pricey but worth it.
I compared Bookers to a pour of Garrison Brothers Single Barrel limited annual release at the same restraunt that evening... I like The Texas Garrison Brothers a little more, but would not turn down either one if offered.
3.8 I like it. Mild... sweet. Definately detected the vanilla and a bit of orange on the nose and not overpowered by any alchohol smell...
I was just going through some of my stashed whisky today. I forgot that I had this bottle (unopened as well).
I think I'm going to stop by the liquor store on my way home from work today, haven't had a drink of liquor in a couple months, I've had drank three beers over the last 4 weeks, nothing else, not even wine... ...
Yes indeed, Knob Creek caught my eye first, stewed over Johnny W Double Black for a moment, but Knob Creek left with me lol...Straight, no rocks, room temp... ...
Good morning! It is Saturday! And the windows are open, a fall coolness in the air. In celebration of that, I brewed up coffee and made one of these soul-warming cocktails. Irish Coffee Recipe Knob Creek whiskey Brewed coffee Brown sugar 1 pint of heavy whipping cream 2 tbsp. of vanilla extract 4 tbsp. of powder sugar Dash of fresh grated nutmeg Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract and fresh grated nutmeg in chilled mixing bowl. On high start mixing. Slowly add in powdered sugar by tbsp. Mix until medium peaks form, a minute or two. In glass, add one tbsp. of brown sugar, a shot of Knob Creek whiskey and coffee. Fill ¾ full. Top with whipped cream.
Made another this morning, only switched out the brown sugar and used local honey. Delicious... Knob Creek Small Batch is fantastic in coffee! Also a nice compliment to a bowl of pumpkin pecan oatmeal.

This was out of stock two days ago. I checked online today and two bottles were available at my nearby store. I bought one of them.
