In celebration of that, I brewed up coffee and made one of these soul-warming cocktails.
Irish Coffee Recipe
Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract and fresh grated nutmeg in chilled mixing bowl. On high start mixing. Slowly add in powdered sugar by tbsp. Mix until medium peaks form, a minute or two.
- Knob Creek whiskey
- Brewed coffee
- Brown sugar
- 1 pint of heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp. of vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp. of powder sugar
- Dash of fresh grated nutmeg
In glass, add one tbsp. of brown sugar, a shot of Knob Creek whiskey and coffee. Fill ¾ full. Top with whipped cream.
