I think it would come under the "false or misleading" header information. You think you are getting a message from the forum or the paracast newsletter, but instead you get a personal begging message from Steinberk.

You can bet that Steinberg cringes when he reads these kind of posts. He can’t do a thing about them. It’s not like his wonderful website where he deletes everything then bans the member. It’s laughable that he says he will get a lawyer to bring charges. He doesn’t have a pot to pee in so how would he pay a lawyer?
Doesn’t he realize that his past actions would be brought up in a court of law? Let’s see... stiffing rental agents for his apartment rent. Then there is his past trips in front of a judge on a number of occasions. It is probable himself that would end up behind bars. Who will take care of the missus and the dog? He should think very carefully before he shoots his mouth off.

What schemes is he speaking of? I just see people that want to know whats really going on on his end. I'm unaware of anybody "scheming".

Schemeberg lives in Bizarro World. That's where old widows who press for the return of their $180k are vengeful women, a brother in law in prison for swindling them is a relative who is going to get a fat settlement, panhandling is fundraising or monetizing, a bank account with a negative balance is a black hole, court records don't tell the real story, and on and on like that. A pretty awful place.

In Schemeyworld anyone who questions him or points out his misdeeds is committing a crime. Thankfully the only person who lives in Schemeyworld is Schemey himself and those unfortunate people who try to use the Para site forum.

It must eat at Steinberg that he has to go the sock puppet route in order to pretend he actually has a member in the chats. You aren’t fooling anyone Steinberg. Everyone is wise to your antics. That is why there is generally 0 or 1 member on the Paracast website. I have a feeling that person isn’t giving you a red cent.

I suspect he is referring to the comments over at the UFO Trail blog about registering either the Making The Impossible name again, or even The Paracast as a business name (I got lost as to which was being contemplated - I thought the former though).
He could also have been referring to the 'Waller' character's fake Gene emails but the "schemes" comment makes me think it's people fantasizing about taking his lapsed business name and registering it anew.
Whatever the case, how Gene is aware of the "schemes" is a mystery, since he said he NEVER reads posts here, or comments at the UFO Trail blog, or the @SchemeGeneRC Twitter. NEVER.

It's true that Steinberg has a job. He has to monitor the Paracast website plus Scheme Gene Twitter, the UFO Trail blog and Alien Expanse. That's a lot of time and effort for one man. Can't everyone please cut this poor slob schemer a break?

He also has a history of anonymously trolling other forums to boast about the things he has bought (e.g. comparing various model of car and being snooty to other people who can't afford them, generally patronising people about technology despite not having a clue himself etc).
I doubt that has ever stopped - it seems to be his first love.
That is why the idea that he drives for Uber/Lyft is so ridiculous. There is no way he could do that at the same time and it is clear that online activities are something that he could never ever stop.
The only passtime that would be compatible with his online boasting would be if he was at the casino, using their free wifi in between poker hands or whatever the hell he does there. That way he can burn money and annoy people all day - pretty much heaven for a Schemey.
