Well it's the time of the year for a family reunion. We always have it at an uncles out at the riverbottom where he lives and farms. Cause some years there can be up to 150 people. And in one pic that my wife took I noticed something . Behind the garage. What do yall think it is?

That is not a Bear or a Sasquatch, That is what is commonly referred to as a Dogman. A.K.A "Werewolf or Wearwolves". Some times also known as a Rougarou In southern parts of America. In the western plains they call them a Yee Naaldlooshii A.K.A "SkinWalker". The Yee Naaldlooshii, Wearwolves and Rougarou are all Paranormal Because they are Spiritual in base Existence. The Dogman is a Biological Entity so it goes under Supernatural . Dogman are a weird off shoot hybrid of canine and man. At least that's what my time spent researching such things suggests. If it is one of the three Paranormal Creatures than someone there has let something into their lives they should not have invited. If it was the Biological Entity than no biggie it was smelling good food and was curious. Never! set up a Feeding ground for the Biological entity, They will come back wanting more and be mad if you do not leave something, Same goes for giving Offerings to the Paranormal Creatures. Both Paranormal and Supernatural Entities Do not like Loud Noise or Bright Lights, Pungent Smells can ward them off as well. For the Biological Entity keep a Spear around they fear bladed weapons but to kill one a 12guage with 3 1\2 Nitro slugs can do the Job. For The Paranormal Entities a Silver Bullet smudged with Blessed Ash will do the Job. That is About all the Knowledge I have on the Subject. I know a few more things but those things really dive into the Spiritual and for the biological entity they really dive into Conspiracy Theories.

you might want to touch base with @coubob on that one - it's a family photo not something he found on the interwebs. Bet you a dollar there's bear scat in that area.

lol I would lose that Dollar because Scat can be found every were in the woods. It's not like Coyotes, Rabbits and Bears use Toilets.

I was able to drive an hour and a half away and back home without having a bad panic attack from my ptsd, caused by my abduction when I was 12. It's been a long time I didn't start dry heaving and freaking out. It was nice for a change.

IDK if Perkins Family Restaurant is local or not only that the one down the road's been there a while. They have an 'over 55' menu that didn't apply to me last time I was there. It went down OK as I was starving but the Regret started by the time I got to my truck, made me want to lick the parking lot to get all that salt off my tongue

Very peculiar. Possibly some kind of accident? Maybe consider letting them know about ?

Draining the new hot tub, have to do a few things to it. 350 gallons sitting at the top of a steep hill, attach hose and open 'er up. What a surprise, not much flow, probably airlocked. The woman at the dealer suggested a submersible pump. Good idea, $100 or so should solve the problem. Or...........

..... I just go the the ten billion miles of garden hose I have collected for sprinklers, etc, over the years and stuff one end at the bottom of the tub and use my mouth on the other to siphon like you were stealing gas. How green of me, uses no electricity and it's free

No, I think it's just their food. It's not like a diner, a lot of what they get is prepackaged stuff that gets heated up.
Interesting. The local IHOP is consistently good. Do you know whether the two chains are affiliated or are competitors?

Must be 'ride around in circles in your Corvette Day' or something. Three different C8s running around, one red, one white, the other blue and we kept tripping over each other. It was kind of cool following the blue one a while, we all seemed to get a kick out of it. The technological gulf between these vehicles couldn't be wider but it didn't seem to matter much, I'm not looking to go anywhere at 200 mph I just want to get where I'm going in style :)

Happy Thanksgiving to everybody!

My wife and I are spending this Thanksgiving day at home, just the two of us and our dog Kobi...

For our Thanksgiving dinner I have a Cajun seasoned turkey breast cooking in the oven and I'm preparing also some corn on the cob and potatoes both grown from my garden this year..Slicing the potatoes and cooking them in a homemade cheesy sauce...No pumpkin pie however I have a blueberry pie for dessert, also homemade by me, from locally grown blueberries I picked earlier in the summer...

I always liked cooking and it's nice to have someone to cook for now besides myself lol...

Beautiful sunny day, just us. Steaks & onions on the grill but with stuffing & sweet potatoes on the side to make it Thanksgiving-y.

I get a touch sentimental thinking back to the old family dinners, but being under no obligation of any sort definitely has its appeal.
