    excellent post!
your idea is very similar to keel's superspectrum idea, that the ultraterrestrials live in an extension of the radiation spectrum

Hey, why had conversation died down.

Here is the kicker. It's not just that ufologists, we all know, are slowly dying out, but it seems that UFO phenomena is fading away. Kind off, aliens are loosing interest in us.

Here is the unsung hero of ufology, astrophysicist Dr. Mark Rodeghier, who was a director of CUFOS. CUFOS was created by Dr Alan Hynek to collect and investigate UFO witness testimonials and follows trends.

What Dr. Rodegheir is saying about last 20-30 years is:
    • There are lot more black triangles and boomerangs than discs.
    • Sightings are rarer,
    • Sightings with physical traces left behind fell by 90-95%
    • No more alien-human interactions,
    • Aliens not stepping out of their craft
    • Still no good photos, because mobile phones have really bad cameras

    Check it out.

    • Thanks Thanks x 1

Maybe they realize how dangerous we are and how deadly it is for them to have any interactions with humans on earth...Perhaps they are just being more covert than they were before, all it takes is one dumb human to do the wrong thing lol...Also we aren't detonating nuclear devices in the air we breath any longer, boy I wonder what they thought of that, I can only imagine lol...

Another way to look at it is that Ruppelt was right and the vast majority of all this is modern mythology. It's been many years since we got any Venusians, Nordics, Italian-looking men in knit skull caps and so forth. This phenomenon is taking a cultural turn. I believe that at the core of this there just might be something quite real but extremely rare.

no, its the other way around, we lost interest on the fortean phenomena
there is a ongoing old school style UFO flap in argentina right now and nobody is giving a fuck
abert rosales and lon strickler tells us otherwise
again it isn't them that lost interest, it's us that lost interest, this probally has something to do with the ultra-materialistic deppresive society we live in right now
in ancient times we had flying chariots and demons
in ancient china they had dragons
in the 1800's we had airships
in the 1930's we had phantom airplanes and missiles
in the 1940's we had lights that followed airplanes
in the 1950's - 1970's we had saucers and cigars
in the 1980's - 2000's we had triangles and boomerangs
    now we have funny lights
    i am missing something?
probally because we don't have more people to investigate such cases, in the golden years there were a lot of newsletter publishing accurate and scientific research on ufology, like FSR or APRO
what does that have to do with the decrease in sightings? cameras (even 4K,telescopic ones) are made for large static objects, not small, higly fast objects

Well, I do but hadn't heard about it. Do tell. This seems like the place to share it. Start a thread (if you already did and I missed it, sorry)

in the pre-internet age there was more privacy and people could send an anonymous story without the fear of being found, this has of course changed
coupled with that is the fact nobody takes UFOs seriously anymore and there is no one like john keel to investigate the odder reports
just follow scott corales blog inexplicata, he is doing constant updates (usually translated spanish articles) of the wave:

You talk as if it's the same ones coming around all the time, we don't know that...There could be some return visits, others could have known about us from others if they talk to their neighbors out there, others could have found us and visited once, seeing how we are and vowing never to return lol...

When it comes to these things I put zero credence in anonymous reports and posted photos. Not much has changed except the immediacy of communication.

    Care to share link?

    Link?

Grays apparently keep coming back. Any aliens more advanced than us would had mapped out all inhabited planets in milky way

i thought the news would spread faster, we are so primitive and yet we can thanks to the internet know about a terrorist attack the second it happens

i am talking about when the witness reveals its name and identity to the investigators but not to the rest of the world, today with the internet that is almost impossible
